Service Personnel
Add an extra level of quality to your catered event with our professional chefs and service staff. Our service personnel take care of every detail including setup, serving and clean up. They will help you make your event one of ease and enjoyment.
Each member of our personnel comes professionally dressed in a black button-down shirt or classic white tuxedo shirt, a black tie, and black pants. Our personnel are available upon request and are an additional charge.
- On-site Chef: $35 per Hour per Chef
- Service Personnel: $25 per Hour per Hour/4 Hour minimum

All rentals are available upon request and are an additional charge. Rentals include but are not limited to the following:
- Audio Visual Equipment
- Chaffing Dishes
- China, Glassware & Silverware
- Dance Floors
- Linens
- Portable Bars
- Portable Heaters
- Tables & Chairs
- Tents
Beverage Service
We contract with several local liquor caterers to provide a Bar Service when requested. This beverage service is available upon request and is an additional charge. If you are planning on providing your own liquor and need a Bartender, we can provide you with some recommendations for Bartenders we have worked with in the past.
Entertainment
Create the appropriate atmosphere for your event with the right kind of entertainment. We coordinate any type of entertainment you would like - from musicians to clowns!
