Dear Greg and Linda Elliot,
I want to thank you for making Erin and Dan's wedding so special. Everything was perfect. I knew from the first time that I met Greg that he was the one to cater the wedding. His confidence and good humor set us at ease. I appreciate the emails and the many meetings to finalize the menu and the number of guests. Once I met Linda I was amazed at her kindness and with-it-ness. Her ideas and reassurance was appreciated. I knew that we were in good hands and that I had made a great decision in choosing [G. Elliot's Catering] as the caterer for our wedding reception.

The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was amazing. The presentation of the food was elegant and appetizing. Everyone enjoyed the tuxedo strawberries and I appreciate the amount of work that it took to create them very much. Tom and I are hard pressed to choose which entree we liked the best as the Chicken Pierre and the Roast Beef were excellent. Both dishes were tender and very flavorful. The pasta sauces were also excellent. The green beans were crisp and flavorful. The salad and the dressings were flavorful and well displayed.

I want to also thank you for your help in serving the cake. Your idea to save some food for the bridal couple was right on as they did not eat much at the reception and were hungry when they returned to the hotel. Again thank you!
